Kimberly Moore focuses her practice primarily on multifamily real estate investment and finance law, with emphasis on complex, multiparty transactions.

Kimberly represents major institutional investors through all stages of tax-driven real estate investments. She routinely advises on acquisition, organizational, management, development, operational and related issues. She has significant real estate transaction experience involving sales, disposition of partnership interests and restructurings. She also has extensive experience in structuring transactions that involve federal low-income housing tax credits, federal historic tax credits, and various state tax credits.

  • Appointed as Fellow by The Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics for outstanding contribution to the field of animal ethics worldwide.

  • Speaker at national and international conferences concerning the need for legal protection for animals and animal welfare concerns.

  • Assists charitable organizations in obtaining 501(c)(3) federal nonprofit status.
